More than 50 percent of firearms deaths in the United States were suicides, the CDC reported. Only 1 percent of deaths fall under the category "legal intervention," which I assume means using your gun to shoot that burglar you've been waiting for all your life.
Forty percent of firearms deaths are homicides while just over 2 percent are "unintentional." So still have better a chance of accidentally shooting someone than "protecting" yourself.

ReplyDeleteIf someone wants to commit suicide, who are you to chose the method? If stupid people want to kill them selfs, why stop them. Thats less people need jobs and less government money spent on welfare and federal funded help programs.
Don't ban guns, advertise and have sales!
