Over the past hundreds of years scientists have been trying to explain life and the world around us. Time after time coming up with the most ridiculous "facts" ever seen. Science has been right and wrong but I feel (unlike my buddy M3) that science can not prove everything. A lot of science facts are inconclusive and sketchy at best. If you do some research you will find page after page of what was thought to be the truth that is not. The Internet provides you with countless pages of incorrect science "facts."
Now my buddy M3 would say "we are smarter now and know more." Isn't that what these other guys thought when they recorded their ground breaking facts that later were found to be fiction? Even Global Climate change is under ridicule now for being science fiction. Those that put all their eggs in one basket will soon go hungry. Science will be proven wrong and said to be the truth a million more times.
To launch God off into the basket with the Easter Bunny and Santa is going to help fill the walls of Hell. I still and always will claim that the believers of God are and always will be of higher morals than those that are not. To even suggest there is no God gives a sense of doubt that God does exist.
Now I don't think that we should halt all progress to better mankind through theory and fact finding. But it is also important to make sure before falling in line behind what you feel is fact, always remain a little skeptical. Just a while back some dumb SOB's cut their nuts off and drank poison so they could catch a ride from a passing spacecraft. Now that, my friend, is what science will do to you. Leave your nuts intact and read your Bible.
You are crazy!
