GOBAMA!

I watched Obama's acceptance speech at the DNC last night and I have to say, I was impressed. He really laid out some fundamental differences between Democrats and Republicans.

First, Republicans are more concerned with what happens to big business owners. That's because those owners pay off Republican politicians to help them get elected so they can get more tax breaks and such.

Then, armed with Republican tax breaks, the big business owners ship jobs overseas to save even more money! Finally, when the company tanks and goes bankrupt, the big business owners take hundreds of millions of dollars as part of their separation package while the lowly employees lose not only their jobs but also their retirement investments in the company that just went bankrupt.

It always amazes me how anyone who makes less than $200,000 a year could be a Republican. McCaine said it himself, anyone who makes less than $5 million a year is "middle income." What? How is someone like that going to look out for the majority of the country who makes less than $50,000 a year?

Ah, but the ace in the Republican's pocket is the conservative Christian. Republicans have the pro-life platform. And the pro-gun platform.

So basically, all these poor suckers who vote Republican are basically saying, "I don't care if I'm dirt poor and I just lost my job to some foreigner, I still got my guns and Jesus.

That'll get you real far nowadays.

But moving back to the DNC speech, I'm pretty sure I saw Saddam Hussein there. You have to watch it to believe it. On the below video it's right about at the 4:12 mark, the guy sitting behind and left of the main guy in the shot. Could it be?

And here's another good take on Obama's speech, although somewhat anti-Obama...

  1. I would rather keep my God and my guns but are you saying that if I give them up and vote for Obama I'll be rich?

That head cold is starving your brain of O2. You need help.

Everything is about money to you. To me it's about freedom, my God, My guns.
