Ding Dong, the Witch is Dead!

It's official! Palin has abused her power as Governor. That's really no surprise. She lived off taxpayer money by flying her family back and forth from her home to her office in the capital, billed the state for her "work" at home, conducted official state business on her Yahoo! email account, let her husband attend nearly every high-level state meeting and basically showed no separation between her personal and work lives.

And this is someone you want for your vice president? Even conservative pundits are saying she should go.

And what about McCain? He's finally had to face the music for his false attacks on Obama. In a Town Hall-style meeting, an old lady asked McCain if Obama was an Arab. McCain did the right thing and finally admitted that Obama was a decent family man and that they only differed on issues. If that's the case, then TALK ABOUT THE ISSUES!

At the same meeting, McCain also had a guy ask him if Americans should be "scared" of an Obama presidency. To boos from his own supporters, McCain had to admit that Americans shouldn't be afraid of Obama because he was basically a good guy.

It seems all this negative propaganda the Republican Party is spitting out is finally starting to backfire. I think, at least I hope, that voters have grown tired of negative propaganda and more concerned with the issues.

We shall see in a matter of weeks!

By the way, remember back several weeks ago when Obama won the Democrat nomination? I predicted that this election was McCain's to lose. I said he'd end up losing if he turned into the petty politician. And what's happening?

My next prediction? Palin will step aside and McCain will pick Lieberman. Far fetched? Anything is possible now.
