Jesus and Gays cause so many problems

You have got to love the holidays, it brings out the best in people. A kid dressed up as Jesus and tried to go to school. BAM, free ticket home for the day. But it is OK to dress up as a demonic sadistic pawn of death. Wow this world is messed up.

Eighth-Grade Boy Sent Home From School for Jesus Christ Halloween Costume

PARAMUS, N.J. — Dressing up as Jesus Christ for Halloween turned out to be a problem for a northern New Jersey boy.

Alex Woinski, an eighth-grader at West Brook Middle School in Paramus, was sent home from school on Friday because of his costume.

Alex, who has shoulder-length brown hair, wore a white robe, a red sash, sandals, a fake beard and a crown of thorns.

His mother says Alex was told he could keep the costume on if he removed the beard and crown of thorns, but he declined.

Superintendent James Montesano says the district doesn't want students wearing costumes that could be distracting.

Alex's mother is Catholic, and his father is Jewish.

He recently celebrated his Bar Mitzvah and is studying Bible scripture, according to his mom.

Well I guess they are going to teach Gay tolerance in Kindergarten now. School teachers!!! I bet the teacher was a liberal.

School Clams Up on 'Gay' Pledge Cards Given to Kindergartners

A California school system refuses to say what action, if any, it will take after it received complaints about a kindergarten teacher who encouraged her students to sign "pledge cards" in support of gays.

During a celebration of National Ally Week, Tara Miller, a teacher at the Faith Ringgold School of Arts and Science in Hayward, Calif., passed out cards produced by the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network to her class of kindergartners.

Let me get this straight.

Teaching 8th graders bashing gays is bad.

Dressing up as Jesus is bad.

Gay = OK
Jesus = bad

One or both boys, come on now let's be fair about this. Kids should learn sexual issues from adults at home, not school.

If religion is distracting to school-age people, one would think teaching gay acceptance at school would be also.

If I sent my son to school dressed as Jesus for a school party and got a phone call from his teacher, I would be very mad. Because if he came home the next day with gay propaganda, it sure would be distracting for me at home. That would really pi#$ me off.
