The Shoes Are Coming Off!

Neatest story of the day... Iraqi reporter throws his shoes at President Bush, calling him a dog.

In Arab culture, this is a big insult, throwing your shoes at someone and calling them a dog. It is perhaps the biggest insult.

Now the guy who did it is described as a "national hero." So does that mean the Iraqis don't like us? What? Why not?

They don't like that we plunged their country into six years of war and chaos? Allowed hundreds, maybe thousands, of foreign terrorists into the country? Gave Iran the opportunity to move into the country to destabilize the government? Installed a puppet government that doesn't represent the people but instead US interests?

Man, it's been six years already! Get over it!

  1. One of the best things that could happen right now, is for the US to step back and let Iran try and take Iraq. We are going to have thousands of soldiers and contractors returning from the sand box to a country with no jobs and hope. If Iran were to attack or attempt an ocupation of Iraq we would have to act. causing another war and putting all of those defence contracts in motion. Bullets, bombs and trucks, all help our people pay their bills. It's just a big money game, it has nothing to do with what's right and wrong.

The global population need reduced, who better to lead the way than the country with the biggest stick.

Life isn't fair but the one with the biggest stick rules.
