Yet Another Update

OK, here are some updated pictures of the Triumph Bobber progress.

Since the last update, I fitted the oil tank, using the piece of the edger blade (that I was able to cut easier than I expected). That worked like a charm.

Then I fitted the rear fender (taken from a motorcycle junkyard back in Ohio) using a strut made of steel stock that I picked up at Lowe's.

Onto the rear fender strut I was able to mount an ammo can that serves as the battery box, holds the key switch and electronics, and holds the stop light and stop light switch. I'm quite pleased with how that worked out. I'm thinking of adding another ammo can on the other side to balance the look out. I found some ammo cans at a nearby surplus hardware store.

The ammo can I'm using as the battery box has a thing welded onto it that allows me to lock it with a pad lock. That way everything stays somewhat safe.
