With the launch date for our trip up the Great Allegany Passage fast approaching, I received a letter in the mail from my father-in-law. It's a newspaper clipping from the Richmond Times-Dispatch about a reporter who did the C&O trip from Cumberland to DC last month.It describes our voyage on the same route last year perfectly.

I could not have described the trip better. The article describes it perfectly. From the mud right down to the ending. I can't wait until the weekend of the 13th.
