It seems the Iraqi government is borrowing a trick from Geo. Bush.Top Iraqi government officials have come up with a plan to hand out cash to people in the street. The extra cash, they say, will ease the financial burden of the people and improve security.
Sound familar?
The Iraq government should keep the money and create a country full of welfare recipients and begin handing out entitlement programs to all the bums...........Then they could be just like us.
