Well so much for swimming

I took the family our to Dillon Lake for a swim, much to my surprise it didn't happen. As we approached the beach I ran into a sign it said, Water Quality Advisory blah blah blah. Here is an actual picture of the sign.
Everyone is so worried about global warming when for years we have been trying to protect our waterways from pollution and we blew it. How can we combat a global environmental problem when we can't even manage local water pollution?

We are doomed!
